[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my small bedroom. Temp hasn't been higher than 90 outside and so far it's working well. Haven't had it on the highest setting so when it gets hotter outside this unit should do the shop. Recommend for small rooms only.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't really used much but satisfied so far. Easy install, but one issue. Happy with a/c but the fan runs continuously. Fan does not shut off when unit shuts down after reaching set temperature. I called the help line and they said it does continue to run all the time. If I had known this first I would have looked further for one that fan shuts down when unit does.

I have allergies and mild asthma due to pollen outside and this conditioner keeps me healthy as well as comfortable in my bedroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I 've used this for almos a month and it's great. The weight - 41#- is easier to work with than heavier competitors' products. It is made with sturdier materials and better quality than another brand i tried. Temps outside are 100 degrees plus, and this unit successfully cools even on a low setting. My only suggestion is to make it quieter....but it's not bad. Other brands are know for being extremely quiet. This is just white noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit for my food trailer. It gets HOT in Central Texas, and this little beauty does quite the job. While my trailer is small (6x12) , this AC certainly makes a difference. Quite running and pretty easy to install. My only wish was that they would have provided a couple of extra mounting holes on the top frame of the unit. Other than that, totally happy with this purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this wonderful A/C 4 weeks ago. I live in the Northeast and last year and this year we have been having some very hot, rainy, and humid weather where it doesn't cool down at night and so your only alternative is an A/C. I live in a trailer and am on disability so I can't afford anything all that expensive and the electrical in my trailer is subpar. I had one portable A/C in my sunniest (thus hottest) room and that isn't quite enough to keep the whole trailer comfortable. So I bought this for the middle of my trailer (living room area). With pedestal fans to distribute the cool air throughout the trailer it keeps a very large area cool. When it kicks on it uses very little power so it hasn't tripped any breakers with both A/C's running. Another reason I bought this is because I had to put it in the window overlooking my porch and I didn't want a ton of drainage. Now with the extreme humidity it does drain some water but I put a pail underneath and that catches the small amount it produces. It quickly cools the room down 5 degrees and then keeps it there so if I turn it on before it gets too hot I stay very comfortable. It is also very lightweight. I was able to get it in my house. However with my mobility issues I did have to have a nice young man lift it into the window for me because there was a table under the window which made putting it in the window very awkward for me.With all the weather stripping that comes with the unit, and a little extra of some I have for my doors to fill in the small holes, the unit is very airtight and so helps the unit to cool swiftly and keep it cool. Another trick I use is to keep the winter window insulation on the windows I don't use in the warm weather. The trees keep one end of my trailer cool so I am able to get away with using only 2 A/C's. In a couple of days we will be having a 6 day heat wave. I am so glad I have this in place already!!
