worked great the first month. we're now on the second month of use and high cool is blowing air that feels warmer than just going outside.

I was upset because it does not shut off automatically when it reaches temperature. It runs constantly.

I was disappointed to see knobs on my AC. I thought it was controlled digitally. I have arthritis, and have trouble turning the knobs.

great I did test it out I'm not using it till next season cuz I wanted to downsize for my larger unit

it's working pretty good so far. I just have my fingers crossed there's no problems, a summer is just starting to get going.

Bought 2 of these each 5000 but one upstairs one down.. downstairs is much better then the one upstairs they do ok but not great

5,000 btu's, compact, energy efficient, attractive, super cool, dependable. Plugs in any reg 110 outlet. Can be a life saver!

Should have paid more attention to the details. This AC does not cycle off; it is on all the time all day

Perfect for small area. We used this in our bunkhouse for kids these past weeks and its turned into a awesome cool retreat to game, sleep, and visit.

i don't know how to shop for ac units but this one popped up and it works great. keep the room cooled off easy peasy. feels like Antarctica
