I would love to see a company provide cocoa K-cups that aren't made with so many horrific ingredients. Sure, the kids like it ... but, I've stopped buying them. Would love to see a more back-to-basics, pure form of cocoa (cocoa + sugar).

Love this in my Keurig..... the days of constantly having to "stir" the hot chocolate are over. I use 6 oz of water anything else is to watered down and remember to shake the K-Cup before placing in the brewer.

I have yet to get a successful Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate Pod through my machine. I've contacted Keurig about it but I wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem?

I haven't drank hot cocoa since I was a kid. I bought these because a family member told me how yummy the hot cocoa KCups were. She was right!! This is a very great tasting hot cocoa.

This is so convenient when my grandchildren come over and want a quick cup of hot chocolate, it's makes a perfect cup of hot chocolate... Looks like chocolate, tastes like chocolate, our favorite K-Cup hot chocolate!

Every client that's tried to use these gets an error message on the Keurig screen that states something about the 'water under pressure'. We now have to open these and add them to hot water as they never work in the machine.

I don't like the fact that this site now only offers me options to buy the 24ct beverage packs. I don't always want this much. I am discouraged from ordering because of this.

I had Hot Chocolate at a Bed and Breakfast from a Keurig and it was the best I ever had. This is weak and watery. I seem to be able to drink it if I brew the smallest cup but its still weak. I'm very disappointed.

I hope that Swiss Miss can come up with a hot cocoa that has actual sugar... not artificial and not even the Stevia kind. Just Plain sugar! What's wrong with that?

More chocolate use real sweetener (no sucralose) its bad too watery fix these it would be a lot better. Sad this was the best rated hot chocolate. Can't imagine trying the other ones. Please come out with a real one.
