We always made our own hot chocolate with milk and Hershey's syrup. Swiss Miss is a long way from the rich taste we are used to.

This hot chocolate has a very watery taste, and fake chocolate flavor. It's fine if you can add half and half cream to it.

Bought the 24 pack and ten out of the box the chocolate wouldnt come out of the kcup . You had to open the cup add to the water . Flavor tasted very weak and old .

Seriously disappointed. Doesn't advertise artificial sweetener but contains Splenda. Total waste of money cause I will never drink them due to the Splenda.
