These are so good! They taste amazing. I bought them from a store when the packs were on sale for [$] because the retailer considered it to be "seasonal." However, when I went to the Keurig site to purchase more, I was shocked to see the outrageous price on regular swiss miss hot chocolate! I can buy a whole box of packets and make them the old fashion way for $2. I can't imagine spending almost $20 just for the convenience of a kcup for something that isn't typically drank daily. Therefore, I don't mind making my swiss miss hot chocolate the more time consuming yet much more affodable old fashioned way.

This is a consistent problem and a huge disappointment. I use the smaller 8 oz setting, as indicated, and it's still too dilute. There's lots of the mix still left in the k-cup. Like drinking hot water mostly. Don't waste your money on this one. Buy regular Swiss Miss if you must but don't do the K-cup.

A richer hot chocolate than i expected. Delicious.
