Me and my family love these! My other hot cocoa maker was hard to clean and really use well. It's so nice to have individual cups so if you want some hot cocoa, well, you get a cup and not a huge amount that goes to waste. We like the taste of it, we use the small cup setting twice with a new hot cocoa cup so it doesn't come out watery. For us it doesn't come out watery that way. Give it a try and see for yourself!

The Swiss Miss cocoa has more of a chocolate-y flavor than the other brands of k-cup cocoa, as long as I use a scant 8 ounces of water. Too much water and it loses the chocolate taste. Now that I know how much water to use, I can make an almost perfect cup of chocolate every time. I will definitely purchase this brand again.

It has a weird taste, somewhat of a chemical taste. It is very thin, as if it is watered down.
