I would recommend the Swiss Miss pods they made our hot chocolate bar quick and easy for our Christmas party. Some students said it wasnt very chocolaty but they all enjoyed it.

Tastes more like sweet water, i was a little dissatisfied. Ive been drinking the Hershey's hot chocolate which is delicious. Had high expectations but was let down :(

Great tasting. As a diabetic this is one of my favorite wintertime treats. I look forward to a warm mug of it and a good book on a cold winter evening.

I purchased these on a whim, just to see if they were any good. The flavor wasn't bad, there just wasn't enough of it! Even brewing the K-cup with the 6 oz. setting left me with a cup of watered down hot cocoa. The problem I saw was that a good amount of the chocolate powder did not dissolve and was left in the k-cup after brewing. If Swiss Miss would add a little more chocolate to the mix, and then make sure the mix is completely dissolvable, this wouldn't be bad.

I ordered Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa K-Cups assuming it was a normal, decent product containing real sugar and real cocoa. Not until after I drank it and got terrible stomach pains and a horrid chemical aftertaste did I go back to look at the ingredients and I found ARTIFICIAL SWEETENER!! Yes, I should have read the ingredients before purchasing but I (wrongly) assumed that "Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa" was just that! There were NO warnings on the label or description that this was NOT a real food product and contained chemical, synthetic, artificial sweetener. VERY disappointed and stuck with a rather expensive box of toxic substance that makes me very ill.

As a non American, living in the states my tooth might not be as sweet as the locals but even if you light your hot chocolate sweet it still lacked body and richness of higher quality hot chocolates I've tried. I think kids with a sweet tooth might like it and adults that don't want anything too rich. Not for me though, tastes like it's cheap, mass produced and bland.

This was sent as gift from Keurig due to an error and Keurig went out of their way to provide the most excellent customer service. My 87 year old Mother was surprised when Keurig supplied her favorite evening drink, Swiss Miss Hot Coca Mix. Thank you Keurig.

I had the same issue as many others that the pods cause an error in the machine, and it takes multiple tries for a successful brew. I was willing to overlook this. However, after taking a sip of this cocoa, I was greeted with that disgusting hallmark aftertaste of artificial sugar. BLECH. It isn't even clearly labeled as such, something I am experiencing with more and more products lately. From aspartame to stevia... it's all vile, and I would appreciate if the packages were clearly labeled.

I didn't read the ingredients list before using one of these cups - big mistake. When I took the very first sip I could immediately tell there was artificial sweetener in it. I looked at the box and sure enough, it contains sucralose (aka Splenda). I know that some people don't mind them, but I've never been able to stand the taste of artificial sweeteners, they have a gross chemical taste to me. I'm disappointed to see that all the other brands of hot chocolate k-cups also contain sucralose, since the variety of beverages available was one of the reasons I wanted a Keurig. Looks like I'll be going back to packets for hot chocolate.

I can drink this using cup/saucer size water and it holds me over from having a snack. Or, I can drink this instead of eating fattening dessert. I've actually lost 2 pounds since substituting a cup of this for a bowl of ice cream or other dessert.(2 weeks)
