This has NOTHING to do with Hot Chocolate. I still have the box after trying 3 cups total between me and my wife and it tasted so bad for both of us. Not Hot Chocolate at all

I received this product when I recently purchased my Keurig. I decided to give it a whirl. It's terrible. It's thin and lacking flavor. I don't usually like Swiss Miss hot cocoa and I can say that this K-cup version did not change my tune!

If I make this, I have to add some more sugar to it and a bit of hot milk to make it palatable. Usually I just heat some milk in the microwave and add a packet of the standard Swiss Miss if I want hot chocolate, and forego this product all together.

The store brand tasted much better,with a lot of flavor. Money wasted on this product. One great thing about this product I have several boxes to give away as gifts.

This is no doubt the best k-cup hot cocoa available.

Very satisfied with this product. Will order again.

Tried several times all with no luck or hot chocolate. Two drops then the machine stops pumping.

Much better than the other brands of hot chocolate! MUCH!
