This is my go to hot chocolate when the weather starts getting cold. It is very rich & always comes out at the right temperature.

This does not taste milky. This is watery even if I put creamer in it. I've tried mixing soy, oat, almond milk with it and everything. Not a huge fan

I tried the six ounce size of hot chocolate and it tasted and smelled like plastic. Maybe it was the plastic on the K-Cup the made it smell like that.

Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa gives the reliable hot chocolate experience you remember from the boxed/powder variety. I found it to be just a tiny bit too watery, but overall, a positive hot cocoa that most people will certainly enjoy.

The store brand tasted much better,with a lot of flavor. Money wasted on this product. One great thing about this product I have several boxes to give away as gifts.

This cocoa came as a sample with my new Keurig 2.0 450. I brewed it following instruction. It tastes no where like cocoa and TOO sweat. I would not purchase this at all.
