ive tried cafe escapes dark chocolate and milk chocolate and honestly i like this one best. The reason is it's like the hot cocoa id buy in the store. It is smooth aeromatic and is only missing the little marshmellows that come with it in the store. to me the dark chocolate tastes too strong (more like slightly sweetened bakers chocolate) and the milk chocolate tastes too watery no mater what cup setting i tried. I would say this in the middle of the 2. also if you have someone with a nut allergy in your home they can enjoy this as well unlike the cafe escapes hot chocolates

My daughter loves it but feels let down because it's not strong enough to make a 10 or 12oz cup. 6oz seems to be best but she go's for the 8oz more often then not. I have tried it and think it tastes great myself at 8oz with a bit of sugar added to it. We will be continuing to by this again and again!!!

We usually buy this at our local grocery store and now can order it here. Our kids love the taste and since it is fast makes it even better. Since they use to boil the water and then add the packet. Now they just just a button. Needs to have a stronger flavor when using the large cup setting.

Similar to the packets, but no comparison to making hot chocolate on the stove with milk (or milk substitute). Despite the mediocre reviews, I thought I'd try it anyhow, and sorry I wasted my money. I didn't care for the other K-cup hot chocolate either (both yuck).

After trying other hot cocoa K Cups (Green Mountain) and being highly disappointed (so were the kids), I was very skeptical to try this one. But I was pleasantly surprised! It's delicious and tastes just like the Swiss Miss packets. We brew it on the middle setting (8 oz) and it's the perfect flavor, not watered down at all.

The first time i got this i was able to brew maybe a total of 3 cups but now every time i try brewing hot chocolate, it turns my machine off. I even threw my bx out and got a new one and still wont brew. It brews coffee but my keurig wont brew my swiss hot choc☹️

We have tried every brand of Hot Chocolate and have been so disappointed in the flavor. I was so excited to see the Swiss Miss available. My kids were skeptical because we had so many fails before. But WOW it tastes just like it should. We make it on a small cup and it tastes just like the instant stuff that we already love. My kids are over-joyed that they can finally make something they love to drink with the Keurig!

Based on the reviews, I was excited to get this, thinking it would be just as good as the Swiss Miss hot chocolate u buy in the packets... nope. The chocolate flavor is not strong enough, regardless of how many ounces I brew. These folks giving "great" reviews obviously dont know what good hot chocolate tastes like. Disappointed, and wish I could return it!

I know this is a "new" product to the website, but I have been buying it at my local grocery store for a couple months now. This is BY FAR my favorite hot cocoa k-cup! I have tried all the other cocoa versions and most of them have been too watery for my taste. This one is better. I did like the gharideli one, but it was too expensive for the small amount. This one has a decent creamy taste. These make awesome treats for anytime of the day! If you're a fan of the very creamy hot cocoa, you're better off making it with your choice of powder. A couple of suggestions to make this k-cup creamier: 1.Add a little milk to your cup before you brew. Make sure that you add only a little and not enough to overflow the cup! 2. Add whipped cream. It will slowly melt and make the cup cream! Enjoy! :)

This is the best brand of hot chocolate. It has the perfect amount of chocolate and it is not too sweet. I love this brand. The packaging is great. It is affordable. It is a great value. There are no cons with this product. I would recommend this to others.
