There's also noticeable hints of garlic and onion. They are salted perfectly and have very decent ingredients. They are fresh so need to be kept refrigerated. To heat, unwrap and remove from plastic and place the paper tray with egg bites in the microwave on high for 60 seconds. Then you need to let sit for at least a minute. They stay very hot and the tray gets hot too so be careful. Great protein within them too!
