One egg bite only had the bacon in the very top middle, so that was disappointing, but the second one had it more evenly distributed throughout. It was easy enough to find in the store. Texture was light and fluffy. Cooking quick and easy, just pop in the microwave with the cardboard container that it comes with. Simple and easy for on the go mornings.
