I chose the Uncured Bacon & Cheese Egg Bite flavor. This is super simple to make. Just pop in the microwave for a minute. I also prepared one in my mini waffle maker. I absolutely loved it cooked this way. The egg bite is fluffy and I taste the cheese and bacon. Nice bit of protein for the morning or a quick snack.

But this has so much bacon that I almost wanted less! (Said no one ever) when I'm on the run and need a quick cost effective breakfast, I'm buying these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say honestly I was skeptical about three Bridges uncured bacon and cheese egg bites but the fluffy mini muffin shaped eggs has the perfect amount of bacon and three cheese blend! it isn't gluten-free product which I love but a little disappointed that the bacon is flabby I like my bacon well done! the packaging was super convenient and easy to heat up in the microwave and was very feeling after 1 and 1/2 muffins I felt full! I added a little Louisiana hot sauce to my eggs as that is my favorite way to eat them! all in all great taste & budget friendly so I'd buy again!

They're very filling and meaty. The dominant flavor is the uncured bacon. I love this one topped with cheese.

Enough bacons on the top of the egg bites and inside too. The bacons are not paper thin. Actually it was a good size thick bacon bites. It is my personal preference but it was little bit salty. I ate with bread! It is cute muffin size!

I microwaved then put some Sriracha on top and they were such a great snack! They were super soft and flavorful! I recommend if you need a quick snack and don't have time to make eggs!
