They are fluffy and have a delicious flavor. I love that they have 20 grams of protein per serving too. The flavor was creamy and reminded me a quiche just without the crust. love these!

I have had little success in making egg muffins on my own, they never turn out right. So happy I found these, they are really delicious. I love the taste, the texture and the serving size. However, they are a little pricey, but I'll bite. Hope to see more flavors in the future.

There are 2 in each pack, 310 calories and 20 grams of protein. This flavor is really good, the bacon is tasted through out but you still have that eggy taste. The texture is fluffy like a perfect omelette. The cheese is also present but not too salty.

When I saw these egg bites I was sold because the prep work making eggs can be a lot when you have a little one at your feet. I microwaved these for 60 seconds, let them cool and gave one to my daughter and kept one for myself. They are extremely delicious! I could see myself eating these every day. The best part is they are toddler approved!!! She absolutely loved them. I will absolutely purchase these again and they will be a staple in our household!
