Also love how quick and easy they are to make. Just pop in the microwave for 60 seconds and eat. I just wish they weren't so expensive.

I microwaved then put some Sriracha on top and they were such a great snack! They were super soft and flavorful! I recommend if you need a quick snack and don't have time to make eggs!

Easy to pack and heat, nutritious and delicious! This is great as a light breakfast or mid day snack. I only wish there were more variety of flavors!

The flavor is delicious!! It's fluffy and the flavors combinations are amazing. !! And the most important is very easy to prepare. I made a sandwich I added mayonnaise, red bean mashed and the fluffy muffin of egg bites. And was the perfect combination.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had these absolutely fabulous uncurled bacon egg bites on half of a poppy seed flagel, which worked out wonderfully. They were prepared in a toaster oven. The eggs were absolutely fluffy and flavorful with the uncurled bacon giving it a nice added punch without overwhelming the eggs. They had a wonderfully savory flavor and honestly tasted better than the freshly cooked eggs i cook for myself about once a week. Main difference is that the egg bites cooked up in a fraction of the time and had a fraction of the cleanup time, PLUS they're actually healthier than the ones i cook for myself but like i said, tasted better. Can't say enough nice things about them, when I'm on the go, and don't have a lot of time but still want to make sure i get to eat a proper breakfast which is healthy and tastes great, I'll reach for them.

The only down side is 2 cups will cost around 4.99, which is very expensive in compare to buy raw egg directly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three Bridges Uncured Bacon and Cheese Egg Bites are delicious. They are shaped like cute little muffins and they are wonderful. You cook them in the microwave in a little tray that's included for 90 seconds. They taste just like little omelets. They are low sugar and gluten free. Yummy.

Not liking the changes to the quality of Bacon. Bacon scraps inedible! This is a recent change that I'm hoping will change back to the original version. I usually don't write reviews. I'm hoping this will create a change in the recent decision to lower the quality of bacon used. I never had to spit the bacon out before. It's a daily occurrence now! Not cool!
