In my mind a pre-cooked egg that you microwave… It's going to be spongy and have a funny taste. I'm here to tell you these blew my mind. Not only is it flavorful but the texture is not spongy at all! I can't wait to try all of the flavors! These are keto friendly and you get a lot of protein and they were a quick easy way to eat on the go!

The flavors in each egg bites come through so well. I love them and I also purchased another flavor. I feel like these would be perfect for a quick breakfast and I would recommend it to everyone.

It has a spongy soft type texture and the ingredients sit all on top it would of been better if it was mixed in more. Definitely had a greasiness to it when you touched it. I enjoyed getting a chance to product test it and as for if I'd ever buy it. The answer would be yes!

The packaging is good for breakfast on the go and warmed the bites evenly in the microwave. I enjoyed eating these since there was nice balance between the eggs, bacon and cheese. My only issue is the amount of fat per serving is a little high.

You cook them in the microwave in a little tray that's included for 90 seconds. They taste just like little omelets. They are low sugar and gluten free. Yummy.
