I thought maybe it was a fluke, that'll teach me not to read reviews before buying... Usually I do. I see others found MOLD too. Seriously? How? Even without the mold, these are horrible! I ate one the other day and didn't eat the part that tasted moldy... Just had a 2nd one, no mold but I agree with many others.. not very good. Can I return half for a full refund? Worst choice ever. I never do reviews, this is my first because it's the worst.

I have to say this was my first time trying these and idk the texture threw me off I had to let it cool down a bit before enjoying. I enjoyed it but I think the other ones are my favorite. Cheers!

These are a perfect go to for a quick morning breakfast. I've bought these several times, however some of the individual packages must not be sealed properly. I have had at least one full package in every batch that will get moldy and go bad way before the expiration date. Otherwise they are good, but packaging needs to be looked into.

It's easy to microwave but I prefer preparation on the stovetop. This particular flavor is tasty with nice bacon bits. Yum!

I will be trying some of the other flavors and I definitely recommend trying them out if you haven't

Approx. 20% larger than their Jimmy Dean counterparts of the same name, these are delicious. If you like buttery breakfast items (or anything dripping with butter, for that matter), you'll love these, because they are tasty and nice and buttery, in that greasy, breakfast kind of way. One tip when microwaving these: ignore the directions. For some inexplicable reason, they say to nuke them for 1 minute. No way. They're still cold and not fully cooked. I have a 1000-watt microwave and cook them for 2 minutes. That's perfect! These are also perfect for those times when you're on the go and have to do a grab and go kind of thing, which I often do when I leave for school (work) every morning. Keep in mind, however, that they'll be dripping in butter and will easily soak through most paper plates. If you're going to eat then on the road, you better be wearing a bib! 😋

My toddler loves them too, so on rushed mornings, we can split a pack and I don't have to worry about him getting a nutritious breakfast. Overall great thing to have on hand when you need a quick breakfast. We'll definitely be purchasing again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three Bridges Uncured Bacon and Cheese egg bites are never frozen and easy to prepare. Just 60 seconds in the microwave and they are ready to eat. A healthier choice, made with cage free eggs. They have a great consistency and texture. The uncured bacon, blend of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses makes a satisfying start to my day.

The only thing I would change is to have more bacon throughout. The bacon was only on the top half of the egg bite.
