[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised! I love the Starbucks sous vide egg bites and have tried to recreate “copy cat” recipes on my own. It has turned out to be a lot of work for them to not turn out right! I was very curious how these would taste. When removing the packaging, the top of the bites look a bit rubbery, but I found once eating them, they have a very authentic egg taste and texture - they aren't over cooked or under cooked, which tends to be a problem with other brands. If I have an early morning where I have to eat in my car, I would definitely grab these with my travel coffee mug.

I like to grab it when I'm on the go, throw it in the microwave and then I can eat it in the car without making a mess.

I thought maybe it was a fluke, that'll teach me not to read reviews before buying... Usually I do. I see others found MOLD too. Seriously? How? Even without the mold, these are horrible! I ate one the other day and didn't eat the part that tasted moldy... Just had a 2nd one, no mold but I agree with many others.. not very good. Can I return half for a full refund? Worst choice ever. I never do reviews, this is my first because it's the worst.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this is a really portable grab-and-go breakfast that has a lot of protein for me to start the day. Other options usually are way too sugary, or are made with lots of protein powder, but this is a natural source which keeps me full until lunchtime! Great on their own, or as part of a sandwich. the only downside is that they have to be kept refrigerated, which can be a little difficult if I can't have the pack immediately and need to store the remaining egg patty somewhere.

These are a bit salty for my taste, but I also only get low-sodium bacon. So if you like the regular bacon, you'll love these. I will probably always have some in the fridge for lazy days!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed eating these with hot sauce either sriracha or tapatío depending on the mood. I have to say this was my first time trying these and idk the texture threw me off I had to let it cool down a bit before enjoying. I enjoyed it but I think the other ones are my favorite. Cheers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these are pretty neat snacks. my two kids love eggs , I myself don't particularly like them so I don't find myself making eggs to often for them . these little egg packets are perfect. mini egg bites of many different flavor options that are easy on the go to get your healthy egg fix. my 7 year old loved em !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ingredients and how much protein and less sugar these have! Three Bridges Egg Bites are now apart of my morning breakfast routine! I'm really impressed at how easy and delicious it was to make, 90 seconds and BAM, another egg sandwhich!
