Excellent product for price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just upgraded to the 350....there is a malfunction either with LG coding or YouTube software coding. This youtube malfunction started happening about 4 youtube software updates ago. It first started with the youtube app on phone to lg device. Then it began happening when I was not using the app with my lg. Initially I thought it was just too much software for the older LG but it seems that it is also doing it in the new ones. This new one is doing the same as my old one. My yourube crashes about 1x every few days. I just reset. I figure eventually the software glitch will get noticed and fixed. Glad to have the updated services for streaming. LG has been a good product for me and this specific product covers my needs.

Blu-ray problems

I am very happy with this model. With regular DVDs, I just pop it in - regardless of region - and it plays, no problem. Most of my blu-rays work that way, too. However, I have some Region A titles (Quadrophenia, Support Your Local Sheriff, Support Your Local Gunfighter) that keep giving me a message about the wrong region. I went into Settings, made sure the Area Code was US, but it didn't work. What else do I need to do?

Perfect for bluray and streaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about a month ago and we love it. We use it to play bluray but more for the streaming apps. I just wish it had Amazon music app with the video. Also the remote signal is bad, needs to really be pointed straight at the player to function properly

Get a different one

Yesterday we purchased an LG BP350 SMART BLU-RAY PLAYER. Yesterday the DVD player opened HULU and played a few episodes of a show no problem, Today the DVD player wont even open the application of HULU and when I open the netflix app. it actually opens the netflix app and lets you choose a show, but once you click on the show it freezes and will not let you do anything after that. I have had to unplug the DVD player just so the freeze screen goes away.

Easy connect and usr

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase this Blu-ray player Mainly for the smart capabilities of being able to connect wirelessly to the internet for usage of Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Etc... I found it extremely easy to connect to my wireless network as well as connect to the television. My only complaint is I'm having difficulty locating an app for my phone that'll stream items from my phone. SmartShare does not seem to have a compatible

Not Sure What To Say......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a LG TV & wanted the same brand of Blue Ray Streaming player as I Do Like the LG Brand. I have not been pleased with it as it looses streaming connection almost Every Time I use it & it is Not my WiFi that is a few feet away. It plays videos fine but I got it for the streaming & would not be confident to recommend.

I like it but.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a great purchase. I'm happy with all the extras that you can get from it. An example would be Hulu. The one drawback is that I lost the cord that connects to a plug. We have moved a couple of times and lost the cord during one of the moves.

Terrible product. Taking it back!

Connect your HDMI cable, and get ready to be annoyed EVERY SINGLE TIME you turn this piece of garbage on. Does not remember Wifi info so you have to re enter it every time. It also often freezes and won't turn off, so you have to unplug it and start over after it has frozen in a screen. I want to smash this but ill just return it instead.

Good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model from a home store in town and I always have to reconnect to my WiFi. Sometimes I have to power it off completely before I will recognize the WiFi and the router is less than 20 away. Otherwise, it's a good blu-ray player.

The quality is exceptional

Being older we have a tendency to be a little shy on new technology, but, this unit was very easy to understand, set up, and operate, and, the quality of picture was true above HD quality. Best price, best picture, you can not go wrong with this one.
