Poor product!

If a Blue Ray player has an LG logo on it. DO NOT BUY IT! The BP350 does not have an alternative option for connecting to a router except for the wireless connection. Unfortunately, this option fails to connect. Worse, the fact that it doesn't connect is displayed as a warning message that needs a response while a disk is playing. The unit does not have a play switch. If the remote fails, it is impossible to play a disk. The remote fails frequently. Replacing the battery has no effect. If it were possible to connect to the internet, the streaming options are so primitive as to render them useless. It cannot be expanded.

Does not stream

I bought this solely to stream TV shows on Hulu. I though for the extra money it would be worth having an all in one machine instead of just a streaming stick. I'll be returning this tomorrow and going back to plan A with the streaming stick. It will not stream and if it does get an episode open it buffers every 5 seconds .I know its not a problem with my WiFi or anything. I have another WiFi blue ray player set up and a Wii u set up running Hulu just fine. It also runs very slow at start up and the remote seems to be delayed as well. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Not happy...

I got this product because I loved the idea of having a streaming device along with a Blu-ray player all in one without having it be a bulky piece such as my Xbox. However I was really disappointed because I have been unable to stream Netflix. I have tried everything that has been suggested by other bloggers and the manual and nothing, it will not work I just keep getting the error code! Needless to say I am very disappointed and therefore returning this product.

Bought two, they both suck!

Got these as a Christmas gift. Both have issues of freezing and popping. So frustrating, can't even use them at all. Don't waste your hard earned money!

Couldnt install it!

Im not sure why the HDMI cable wasn’t included on the box. Now I need to order one and wait until I get it since almost everything is closed due to the covid 19. Doesnt have instructions either. I feel so frustrated!

I'll do it again...

I purchased this item in exchange for the chromecast--by far the best investment. I love it. Along with the purchase of the LG 42" the picture quality is remarkable.

Just what I needed

Great player

No Disney +

Thinking I can connect, like every other smart DVD player, to download Disney +. But it doesn't let you add ANY apps to it! LG, please change this and update the software so we can add apps!
