Do not buy this for streaming.

It does a fair job playing discs, just as expected so I can't give any kudos for doing what it's supposed to do. What it cannot do to save its life is stream. I've had it lock up on me countless times, sometimes after several minutes it will finally react, most of the time I have to just completely unplug it. I figured an LG would be great but I let my guard down and didn't look at reviews before I bought it. This seems to be an issue with other LG players. Shame, shame on LG for allowing this piece of trash to be sold to consumers.

Outstanding Customer Service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit about two months ago but never set it up until this weekend when I got the last of my Infinity Saga MCU. For the love of all things holy, it kept giving me this "press input" and I was exhausted ready to give up on it. Luckily, I reached out to LG Customer Service on Twitter and while the problem turned out to be how the TV's HDMI ports were set up (really? who puts #3 and 4 on the side, but #1 and 2 underneath the component hook ups?), Customer Service hung in there with me and never gave up. I appreciate the time they took to work me through this issue.

Don't waste your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a week a go to connect to a second TV. The idea was to not to have to get another fire stick and still need a disc player. All in one unit right. Don't waste your money!!!! It's slow and will not load Prime Video half the time. Very dissatisfied . The only reason I gave 2 stars is the disc player plays good.

Good product, missing wanted APP.

Generally LG makes a very good product. One of the main reasons for this purchase is the box shows ability to receive youtube. Youtube app is no longer available for this product. Misleading info on the box. Suggest asking for demo of all advertised apps. I have never had a poor performance from any LG product. I,m taking this product back for missing APP only, NOT poor product quality.

Service its purpose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I like it. Only complaint is I have other apps to watch TV and only have HULU plus and Netflix on the player. definately need to add more apps or let ou add aps. Great for use in the bedroom TV, Will be getting some else for the main TV downstairs. Trying to get away from the cable company cost. I would like to watch my amazon shows, but can't. Otherwise good product but limited on the streaming.

Poor product!

If a Blue Ray player has an LG logo on it. DO NOT BUY IT! The BP350 does not have an alternative option for connecting to a router except for the wireless connection. Unfortunately, this option fails to connect. Worse, the fact that it doesn't connect is displayed as a warning message that needs a response while a disk is playing. The unit does not have a play switch. If the remote fails, it is impossible to play a disk. The remote fails frequently. Replacing the battery has no effect. If it were possible to connect to the internet, the streaming options are so primitive as to render them useless. It cannot be expanded.

LG is a Dumpster fire

Garbage brand

It's a crap player, the second one I've bought sadly because it's all the store had. Will not be purchasing LG products at all. It just decided to stop working. It won't play new discs, dvd or blue ray. I got maybe a few months out of it each time. I cannot stress this enough do not buy this product. It will break on you right away. I have to pick recommendation for the review because all other options are straight up dishonest

Sadly Outdated

We bought two of these devices. Now after a month of struggling with using Amazon Prime, we can only get part way through a movie before the Bluray player dumps us off, and we need to relaunch. This occurs on both units. LG now wants use to send in for service, but the Updates, date back to 2016 - Why isn't there something more current? Why do they only work on 2,4GHz wifi? Why is there nothing newer available?

Awful player!

I got this player for the express purpose of streaming from all my different platforms. Connection is terrible and I have not been able to use Hulu since I got it, and today it gave me an error message saying Hulu was no longer compatible. If I can find my receipt I will be returning this. I have had it for one week today. Very disappointed. If I cannot find the receipt I will buy another brand and never buy lg products again.

Does not stream

I bought this solely to stream TV shows on Hulu. I though for the extra money it would be worth having an all in one machine instead of just a streaming stick. I'll be returning this tomorrow and going back to plan A with the streaming stick. It will not stream and if it does get an episode open it buffers every 5 seconds .I know its not a problem with my WiFi or anything. I have another WiFi blue ray player set up and a Wii u set up running Hulu just fine. It also runs very slow at start up and the remote seems to be delayed as well. Very disappointed in this purchase.
