All was not lost despite our fear that we were adding misery to our issue. We trudged on and continued to take the BTB and to our surprise it has gone extraordinarily well. I haven't seen bloat in days and I'm on top of the world.

OLLY beat the bloat I did just that, it reduced my bloat as the product advertisers. I initially thought it would get rid of the bloat but that is not what this product is for. It simply reduces your bloat and worked every time that I took it. The packaging is nice and offers a pill holder underneath the When opened, or that's at least what I use it for with my other vitamins. I like to reuse as much as I can, so I put the bottle to good use once empty and made a toothpick holder out of it! I would recommend this product to someone that gets bloat often and just wants to feel more comfortable by reducing the bloat.

I've been using this a few weeks and it's done a complete 180 on my stomach. Everything I was eating was making me sick so I tried this as a last resort after trying medications and diet changes. I've tried various products in the past to combat the uncomfortable bloat but never had much success. After using Olly beat the bloat I have felt so much better. I don't feel so bloated prior to and after meals nor as much gas. Digestion has improved and just overall feel more comfortable. The capsules were gentle on my stomach and didn't experience any after taste. I definitely feel improvements in my overall digestion process since adding this to my dietary supplements. The container has a flip top lid dispenser and fits right in my purse. I would highly recommend.

Literally just bought this and took one and 20 minutes later I felt so much relief. I eat very clean, exercise a lot and drink about a gallon of water a day. I always feel bloated because of how much water I drink but I also live in FL and it's currently 101 degrees out and I retain and bloat like crazy. Normally I take a water pill but they give me migraines. This made me feel so much better. I look forward to using this product

I am very sensitive to inflammatory foods, but we all know total elimination diets are hard. I'm on my second month of this supplement and it works wonders. Not only does it help the belly bloat I also notice total body inflammation is reduced. I've had both my nutrition coach and husband say they can see it in my face when I eat “bad” but with this supplement it is greatly reduced. Very happy to have found this and will continue using it.

What I like about the product are that the capsules are soft and very easy to swallow. It also contains natural ingredients such as dandelion, fennel, and ginger. Some days it seems to help with my bloat, but others not so much. Unfortunately the product doesn't work consistently for me. I've had digestive upsets even with taking this product. I still encourage others to give it a try. Maybe it will work better for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a recent lifestyle change. 7 months ago I switched to a low carb/high fat diet (Keto). That alone took care of the majority of the bloating I experienced, usually caused by carb overload. Even with cutting out carbs and sugar from my diet, I'd still have days where I just felt bloated. I decided to give these a try. I wanted to give them a full week before I left a review. The first thing I noticed, was although one of the main ingredients is ginger they don't have the obnoxious smell of ginger, which means you don't burp up ginger. The first day I didn't really notice anything. From then on I just took them mid day between my other medications/vitamins. After the week was up I realized I really hadn't been bloated at all this week, which is saying something because it was also the week of my period. I truly believe these work! Also, the packaging is neat. Like a giant Tic Tac container.
