The pills are kind of big. But l still managed to take them. So far I've felt great. I don't feel bloated and tired as much. I've had family and friends asked about these pills. I bought this about a week ago. It's been a decent product for otc but it didn't help as much as I wanted it to. I've bought this line of products pretty faithfully over the last year but I am thinking of trying a different one. Also, I dislike the fact they can't even give you a month supply worths for the price of the product.
