I take gabapentin and it makes me retain water. I searched on google and found articles recommending this product. I do think it helps me not be so puffy, and I am not running to the bathroom like with a typical diuretic.

This product contains gluten and lactose therefor if you have common sensitivities, this will only make you feel worse. When I tried this it did absolutely nothing

I purchased this product because it was cheaper than the product I usually take to help with my bloating. After taking it for 2 weeks, I have notice an increase to my bloating, which is unfortunate. My stomach feels hard and the bloat is painful. I am disappointed that this product did not work for me.
