Just bought this, and I have tried it once so far. I had a tummy tuck 2 years ago.. after I eat, my stomach gets so bloated... I'm trying this to see if it helps. I was scared it would make me gassy. lol it doesn't, so that's good.

I take gabapentin and it makes me retain water. I searched on google and found articles recommending this product. I do think it helps me not be so puffy, and I am not running to the bathroom like with a typical diuretic.

I take this vitamin every night before I go to bed and I wake up feeling less bloated. It has significantly helped me. I highly recommend it. The only con is the amount of pills you get for the cost.

I think this supplement is okay. I don't know if I noticed a huge difference. I typically bloat a lot after eating certain foods & would test these out on occasion. I think they could work for some, but I probably wouldn't buy them regularly.

This product does what's intended and helps my bloating. The packaging looks good and keeps it secure. Doesn't have a taste in my opinion. I just wish its effect lasted longer. Other than that I recommend!
