I really wanted to like the Member's Mark Italian Sausage Ravioli but unfortunately ended up disappointed with both the quality and flavor of this product. I followed the directions on the packaging to prepare the ravioli and only added olive oil, salt, and Parmesan cheese to serve. The pasta was well past al dente-almost mushy. And the flavor just was not there. Some of the ravioli only tasted like sausage while others had no sausage flavor at all. I would definitely not buy this again.

One of the better ravioli I've tried! I personally like to make my own pasta, but I don't always have the time. I like that it provides 9 servings, so I can cook for a crowd or have leftovers for lunches. While I enjoyed the pasta, I will say there is more cheese than sausage in the filling. If you're looking for a big sausage flavor, I would recommend adding some sausage to whatever sauce you use.

This was my first time trying this product and the thing I liked most was the quick cooking time. It only needs to boil for 4 minutes which is really convenient. You do have to make sure to not overcook as they do fall apart. I also really liked the texture and the flavor in the filling. It wasn't too spicy and the right amount of sausage as it wasn't overwhelming. Overall it is a great product.
