Hi ALusa, we really appreciate your business. We are sorry that your unit arrived damaged. We go to great lengths to make certain that our product ships without damage, but unfortunately, this happens sometimes. As to our customer service, unfortunately your timing could not be worse. In order to improve our customer service, we switched from one service center to a new and improved service center. This changeover is occurring right now as I write. This involves the transfer of thousands of different parts that number in the 10s of thousands. As you can imagine, this is a huge task as each part must be cataloged and placed in it's own pick-location. We expect that all orders will be taken care of in the next 7 to 10 days. And in fact, some orders are starting to ship already. You should be calling 1 855 242 6887 or emailing support@awsglobal.net. I am sorry to inform you of this, but in the long run...this is best for our customer service level. We will absolutely make you whole.
