My family loves the outdoor oven so far. We contacted customer service for a broken part and they were very responsive and professional with processing an immediate replacement. I would highly recommend.

I bought this item a few months ago, along with a gazebo from SAM's poured a slab and ran water and electricity. The problem is that the Rotisserie burner will not stay lit! A defective "thermocouple" No replacement grill are available and the parts supplier does not have parts as well, assuming i could even change this part as it was installed at the factory. Looks great but does not work, and seems to be no solution. Taking it back leave me with a big expense and no outdoor kitchen! I'd not buy anything from China. P.S the team that put the gazebo together did a poor job as well. "goconfigure" The roof leaks.

Bought this grill back in April still waiting for part from manufacturer. The rotisserie burner doesn't work or stay lit. Manufacturer has no time line as to when there will be a replacement part shipped. Original product is out of stock. Manufacturer said to return it if it was unused. The rest of the grill is great. Wish that Sams or the manufacturer were more helpful!!

I have been waiting for this item to come back in stock since last summer when I missed out and it was out of stock. I checked back every week for the last 9 months and was able to purchase it. I have had a built in grill in the past in another house, but being able to move this around my patio and configure it has been more than expected. We remodeled our pool and patio last year and had this grill in mind with a drain installed and electrical. It is so functional and love all the little detail. Each piece comes with its own cover, not like most Grill Islands you can buy from the Big Box Builder Supply stores, it was easy to unpack with a little ingenuity and had it all assembled in a just a few hours and on my patio. Love the built in trash bin and all the storage. I have grilled on it a dozen times since getting it a few weeks ago and love the burners and the sear station. The sink was easy to hook up, just need a brass fitting to install a garden hose for water. Thank you Sam's for this great grill.

This is my 3rd time writing a review and I keep getting moderated. The most recent was because the review was "legally sensitive". Well I'll keep this short and simple. I cannot get the propane regulator disconnected to finish my natural gas conversion. If I apply any more pressure it will likely break. This is the first of many quality issues that lead me to reasonably believe that this grill will not last very long and is not worth the price it is being sold for.

Had this now for a couple of years and it's in my opinion, junk. Hard to light, the lights inside the grill stopped working after six months and you need to wear gloves to open and close the lid while using the grill. The knobs get pretty hot too. Flame control is bad and as well as temperature control. Burners go out in low settings. It's been adjusted 3 different times and still doesn't work right. The sink section and burners work OK, they're usually on a low temperature anyway.

I was so excited when this item was back in stock. Ordered it immediately received it June 21. 800 pounds of crates delivered at my gate. I hired a professional company to open it and put it together. The granite was cracked and the stainless steel was dented. Called Sam's Club did not receive any contact with them for almost a week. Got an estimate to have it fixed $1335. They have no more available. Big hassle. Try to negotiate with SamsClub. I only wanna give me 20%. Will never spend this kind of money with this company again!
