It also has that taste, however, there is a little bit of an aftertaste and it kind of lingers which I don’t like, but for the most part, it does taste very good. If you need a little boost and protein that this is a good option to include.

For someone like me that doesn’t need that much protein intake after a workout I actually as able to split this one protein shake in between two days! No grainy texture and the bottle is very easy to hold, fits in a cup holder

It had a creamy & think texture. It had a chalky qfter taste. The size amount was perfect to be filling if i really enjoyed it, drank whole bottle for review purposes. Maybe the other flavors are better would need to try.

I keep them in the fridge and grab one on my way to the gym. I’ve tried a lot of different protein powders and pre-packaged drinks, and this is by far one of the best. It’s become a staple in my routine. I’ve been on and off with my fitness journey, but since starting again, this has been the perfect post-workout boost and midday snack.

We have a house full of athletes so this is going to become a staple around here! Usually something this high in protein is also loaded with fat but this has low fat, low carbs. It's perfect.
