It was very sweet and was similar to a normal chocolate milkshake. I like that this only has 2g of sugar per serving and 45g of protein. It's definitely a higher value and a rich-tasting shake. The packaging was basically what you'd expect from all brands of protein shakes, but because it was a bottle and not a carton, it gives the illusion of better quality. A solid 4.5- 5 star product. Sweet enough to satiate cravings while sticking to any restrictions your diet or exercise routine outlines. The screw on cap makes it an easy grab for on the go mornings too. Just about perfect!

It also has that taste, however, there is a little bit of an aftertaste and it kind of lingers which I don’t like, but for the most part, it does taste very good. If you need a little boost and protein that this is a good option to include.
