I made this product in the over as suggested. There was a lot of fat. Some pieces cooked up very soft but others were a bit hard. The flavor was good. As it cooked in the over you smell throughout the house. I would purchase again and recommend

The meat is not like any brisket I have ever had. Very tough and like others have said it dries out unless you use the BBQ sauce. Definitely not with the nearly $10 per pound.

The burnt ends looked delicious, smelled delicious, and were moist and tasty. Good quick meal when you want those burnt ends but don't have all day to smoke them.

My experience with "burnt ends" was they were dry and rubbery, but NOT THESE! We made sandwiches on hawaiian buns, and it was absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be adding this into our meal rotation.
