I received these as part of a sample program, and am glad I did! They wouldn't be something I'd try on my own, but I'll definitely consider buying them again. We cooked ours in the air fryer and they were the perfect balance of crispy and juicy.

The meat is not like any brisket I have ever had. Very tough and like others have said it dries out unless you use the BBQ sauce. Definitely not with the nearly $10 per pound.

My experience with "burnt ends" was they were dry and rubbery, but NOT THESE! We made sandwiches on hawaiian buns, and it was absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be adding this into our meal rotation.
