I received this as a sample for our family to try and everyone loved it. Is it the same as my husband's brisket? No but it is a delicious gluten free main dish and that's hard to find sometimes. I would definitely buy this again.

Not too salty, and very juicy! The sauce that came with it was fantastic! Not too sweet. We enjoyed with nachos and it was amazing! Not a single fatty piece. I couldn't have made these better myself!

These burnt ends made a quick and easy meal for my family. We love bbq in our house and these weren't too bad! The bbq sauce was amazing! I served them over rice and it really hit the spot. I recieved these as part of a free sample program.

The first batch we got were pretty good. The second batch we got was FULL of fat and gristle. It was so bad that I took it back as a cooked item. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because 1st batch was good.

I would put these Burnt Ends against any others and they would win first prize every time. Cook them @350 in the oven covered 15mins, break them up and cook another 15mins, put on the sauce and have a real. Too much fat? No! Perfect.
