I received this product as part of a free sample program, and have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the product! Burnt ends are something that is hard to recreate in a packaged format, but these were very good. The sauce was delicious and meat was tender. My only wish was that the instructions were more clear (didn't indicate when to add sauce). I did adjust the cooking instructions to get a little more caramelization of the sauce but other than that, very impressed!

My husband has two smokers and we love to smoke meats. However, with it being so cold we haven't been able to smoke meats. This is a wonderful alternative! And it doesn't take 4 hours. It is so delicious and tastes like it's been cooking for hours. It was enough to feed our family of 5! Can't wait to buy it again

I have been looking at these for weeks and finally I couldn't resist any longer. It was time to let go of nearly 25 bucks for a true Kansas City taste experience (at least according to the packaging). What a disappointment! Some chunks were so tough it was like eating rubber. Maybe they somehow escaped the ten-hour pit smoking. Some chunks were actually tender and some chunks were nothing but fat that had to be spitted out. The sauce had a peculiar taste that I really cannot describe. It was not what I expect "barbeque" to taste like. This was a disappointment to say the least. For a couple of dollars more I could have bought two of the Member's Mark Extra Meaty Baby Back Pork Ribs. Now that is what I call a 5-star meat product. In the meantime I am going to see if I can get a refund on the uneaten "stuff".

I've enjoyed trying the Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends. It has a fresh pulled pork type taste, but it's beefy. I love it. It has a wonderful BBQ sauce packet the comes with it. It's a huge serving! Would work for maybe 6-8 people. It's 2 pounds worth! It's top notch flavor. It tastes like it's been smoked. It's a top quality cut of meat. So good. Would recommend!

I broke these apart and put them in the air fryer. I was surprised at how tender they came out. My husband smokes pork belly burnt ends and while his are better (I love the amount of fat on the pork belly), I still give these a 10/10 for being store bought and easy to make. The price really isn't bad considering we spend about $4-5/pound then have to spend 12 hours cooking it ourselves and using all of our seasonings, rubs, sauces, and wood chips and get the kitchen messy while preparing it ourselves. We will definitely buy these again.

I thought the flavor of the burnt ends were on point. There were variations in the meat, there were pieces with more fat, some pull apart and some tougher. The size of the burnt ended were small to large. I would recommend these for those looking for a large amount for a family function.

The Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends is so good. I love the smoky bbq flavor. It a great meal to have on hand for busy nights because it is super fast to cook up and tastes like it took all day. Very tender and juicy.

I received Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends as part of a free sample program to try for my honest opinion. It is very tasty! It fed my family of 5 and we were all satisfied. We made BBQ sandwiches with it. I made some slaw on the side to add to the sandwiches and French fries to go with them. The meat itself is very flavorful. You can definitely taste the smoke flavor in the meat. There were a few fatty pieces but overall it was great. We cooked it in the oven but there are other cooking options in the directions. It smelled so good while cooking! The pieces are bite sized. I personally prefer shredded meat with brisket but this was just fine. The BBQ sauce that comes with it is a little sweet so we left it on the side and let each person choose between that sauce or the sauce we normally use. I personally loved the sauce that came with it but my husband doesn't like the sweet bbq sauce as much so he used the other. I would definitely purchase this again for a quick week night meal!

I received the Member's Mark Kansas City Style Beef Brisket Burnt Ends for free for my review. I served them at a Labor Day party. They were fast and very easy to make (only 2-3 in the microwave). That was the recommended method to heat up. They did have good flavor but I thought they were a tab bit salty. The BBQ sauce they came with was really good. The only negative thing I have to say is they were pretty fatty.
