I was ably to try Member's Mark Hardwood Smoked Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends With BBQ Sauce. (There is a separate sauce packet provided). I enjoyed the flavor is the sauce. It's tangy and not overly sweet. I added water and microwaved the meat for 90 seconds. The directions state to stir and microwave for an additional 90 seconds, but I chose to place it onto a cookie sheet, make sure that the meat is evenly coated with sauce, and put it under the broiler until the sauce was nicely caramelized. Besides using the microwave or conventional oven to prepare it, you can also use an air fryer. The meat is lean, tender, and smoke flavored. We ate it as an entrée with additional sides for a super fast and easy dinner. The next day, I chopped the leftover pieces a bit smaller, and used the meat to top loaded baked potatoes for a fast, delicious lunch. It would make great sandwiches, stuffed jalapeños, and queso dip, to name just a few. I like the flavor of the brisket burnt ends, and the ease and versatility it provides. I'm so glad that I was able to discover Member's Mark Hardwood Smoked Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends With BBQ Sauce through a free sample program, and I plan to buy it to have on hand for those busy times when we want a good tasting easy to prepare meal.

I received this product for free in exchange for a review. I was looking forward to trying these as I have looked at them in the store a few times. They are quick and easy to make for dinner. I thought they tasted pretty good when I made them originally. I also took some leftovers to work the next day and felt that they tasted smokier and saltier when reheated. I also didn't care too much for the sauce that came with them. Overall not a bad product and makes a quick meal.

I really loved the flavor that the burnt ends had, just like you smoke them yourself. Only complaint I have is the sodium intake (over 1000 per serving) I did receive this product to try for an honest review. If I bought again I would take some of seasoning off the product. Thank you for allowing us to try new products

I had received Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends as part of a free sample program. My son and I made it with potatoes and corn, like a restaurant would do it if they had it. Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends was so easy to make. It took no time to get it ready and smelled very good. I was surprised how soft the meat was. I did think the meat was a little to smoky but I think the sauce did balance it out. My son got full on this and you know how boys can eat. So it was very filling. I think that this is one of those meals you should have in your freezer for a "I don't know what to make" meal. I told some of the girls at work about it and they go to Sam's and said they would look for it. I will be looking for this and any new kind they have out.

I was so excited to be selected to sample the MEMBER'S MARK Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends. We love Sam's Club and the Member's Mark brand! We haven't found a Member's Mark product that we don't like yet. The Beef Brisket Burnt Ends are no different! They were the perfect quick and easy meal. Both toddlers even enjoyed them, which is rare in our household. It was not spicy at all for anyone with picky eaters that don't do heat! We loved them on their own or on rolls as a sandwich. I would definitely recommend them to any BBQ lover. We will be adding these to our orders throughout the month, as they are great to keep on hand.

I received this product as a sample, and I always share my honest opinion. These burnt ends are super easy to make in the microwave—they turned out very tender. My husband loved the sauce. It's light and sweet. I would feel happy serving these to a group. They were a little on the fatty side, so we didn't give them a full 5 stars. We love the chicken from Member's Mark from the same Kansas City line. I didn't get a photo because the burnt ends were gone before I remembered to get my phone!

3.5 ⭐️ Almost there! Probably the closest frozen version from the real and delicious beef brisket burnt ends that we all love! It smells very good and it was big enough to feed a family of 4. The meat comes already cut and there's a bbq sauce on the side. The instructions don't say when to add the sauce so I assumed we do it after heating the meat up. The time instructed in the package was not enough for mine, it was still cool and I like my meat hot! The sauce was too vinegary, we didn't love it. It was better before adding it. The meat was cut in small pieces (about 2 inches if I would guess) and the meat was kinda dry instead of melting in your mouth like brisket usually does. We like it but we don't love it. It's an easy meal for busy weekends and I would probably buy some but there's nothing better than fresh beef brisket.

I received this as a free sample. The smoke flavor and tenderness of the meat was just right, however, it was slightly on the salty side. There were some pieces that were mostly fat but as a whole the package was very tasty. The sauce on the other hand was ok but I found it overly sweet and overly tangy at the same time with very little supporting flavor. The meat comes in at a 4-4.5 star but I found the sauce to be a 3 star experience at best.

I was hesitant to purchase because I'm a bbq snob, but glad I did. I did not follow the instructions. Instead I put them in a foil pan with a little bit of water and threw them on the charcoal grill to heat up. Only took a few minutes and way better than the microwave recommended instructions. I was already grilling other meat so it was easy. If I didn't have a grill I'd recommend using the oven. The sauce is gluten free and tasted good. Good ratio of meat and fat. The only reason I'm taking a star off is it's really salty and I like salt.

I prepared them in the oven and they came out ok as they seemed to dry out a bit. I warmed the sauce in a bowl of hot water and that came out great. Once I mixed everything together, they were pretty good. Some of the pieces were a little hard to chew through but most of them were tender and tasty. The sauce is a little sweet with some tang and thats exactly how I like it. Overall I dont know that I would go get these specifically, especially due to the cost, but they are pretty good when needing some bbq in a pinch.
