I started using the burnt ends in my chili. I simply prepare my favorite recipe and then add them to the chili and let things simmer a few hours. The meat is clearly tender and adds just a hint of smokiness to the pot. This is one product you will be happy you purchased. Find your own use.

I received this product as a sample. Although it's a bit pricey, it's the best microwave bbq I've had! I'd put it up against any chain restaurant that I've dined at, and it would win. I don't know if those restaurants aren't great, or that this bbq is that good. The burnt ends had a great smokey flavor and the chunks of meat were tender. They were great from the microwave and air fryer. The included sauce paired great with the meat at all.

Extremely salty, over 1,000 mg sodium for 5 oz. We had to boil it out before eating. Agree with the other comments about the chemical like smoke flavor. Only 1/4 of the meat was tender and not super fatty. Hate throwing away food so we ate it but will not buy again.

Thank you to BzzAgent for allowing me to sample these Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends. We made them according to the microwave directions so it was easy and super quick. I loved that. Three of us ate and still have plenty of leftovers, so the portion size was good. The meat was not tough like I was afraid it might have been. We thought it had a good flavor. The only complaint that my husband and I had was that the meat was a tad salty. Overall it made for a good quick meal.

I am a repeat customer for this product, which is delicious. Rated solely on taste and texture, I would be inclined to give this product a full five stars, but I give it four stars instead because the packaging is a bit deceptive. The package label indicates a net weight of 2.0 lbs, and "2 LB" appears again, more prominently, in the upper right-hand corner of the package, but customers should know that 25 percent of that weight is the 1/2-lb packet of completely unnecessary (and, in Texas, possibly illegal) sauce. So, the real unit price of these burnt ends is $16.39/lb, not $12.29/lb. Still delicious, but more expensive than they appear at first glance.

I received this item as part of a free sample program and am so glad I did. I have seen this product in the store before but always questioned whether it was worth the price. Well, after trying the product I can definitely say that it is worth the price! These burnt ends taste amazing. They are easy and fast to cook too. I have tried competitors burnt ends, and I definitely prefer these Member's Mark ones. Great taste and higher quality meat. I will definitely be purchasing these again.

I really loved the flavor that the burnt ends had, just like you smoke them yourself. Only complaint I have is the sodium intake (over 1000 per serving) I did receive this product to try for an honest review. If I bought again I would take some of seasoning off the product. Thank you for allowing us to try new products

My family had this for dinner the other night, and we are all having it for lunch again today. This is a lot of food! It has a really good flavor, and it's not spicy at all. The meat was mostly tender, but there were a few chewy pieces. It it was super easy to cook and along with a salad and some flavored rice it made a really good meal. I received this product as part of a free sample program. This was an easy go to dinner which I loved! The flavor of the meat was very good for it being bought in the store. I'd say the best store bought burnt ends I've ever tried! The amount of bbq was just right for the amount of meat that was in the package. It fed 4 adults in my household. My little one even had to have some. I'd recommend to anyone who would like an easy dinner and not have the trouble of making your own!!

Great for busy nights when I don't have time to cook a big meal but these taste like I spent all day cooking. I'm not a fan of microwaving meat so I opted for the conventional oven to reheat these burnt ends. They were ready in about 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. While they were cooking I went ahead and made some quick sides to go with the BBQ. The sauce packet that came with the meat is quite generous there was more than enough sauce to thoroughly cover all the meat. My family and I love a lot of sauce with our meat so it was the perfect amount. The BBQ sauce has a yummy sweet and smokey flavor we all enjoyed. After 30 minutes in the over 15 of which the meat was uncovered the meat was very tender and juicy. This would also go great on a bun as a sandwich. We plan on getting more of this delicious BBQ on our next trip to Sam's Club. I received this product as part of a free sample program.
