I was initially going to bake this in the oven and realized I did not have tin foil. However I do have an air fryer! This was the only time I was happy I didn't have tin foil! They turned out so crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside! The whole house smelled amazing. Followed the instructions on the package and they were done in about 2 seprate rounds.The sauce was sweet and a bit tangy! Just how BBQ sauce should be. It was perfect. We had our burnt ends on hawaiian buns. Delicious!

Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Brisket Burnt Ends is so delicious!! Tasty and the sauce is perfect.....not too tangy or sweet or spicy. Even the kids loved it and they are picky. I loved the bbq taste and the meaty pieces. For the price you get a lot of meat! I will definitely be buying these in the future.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. My wife's family are KC natives, so we were intrigued to compare. We cooked them in the oven and as a few other reviewers stated, it isn't exactly when to add the sauce. We added it directly with the meat and 30 minutes later it came out bubbly! The meat had a great smoky flavor and lived up to KC barbecue on the initial look and aromatics. The sauce was a bit salty. And overall decent ingredients, not Bobby Approved. We did some quick burnt end sandwiches on sourdough bread and it was a good lunch. Not sure if this would be a regular purchase for our family but something to consider when you need something quick.

I received this as part of a free sample program. It is so delicious! I made mine in the oven. The brisket aroma was so good! I had to leave it a little longer than directed to get it thoroughly heated, but the directions are quite simple. The pieces came out soft and melted in my mouth. The sauce is a traditional flavor if you want to use it for dipping, but the brisket has plenty of flavor. Members Mark Seasoned Brisket is very tasty and easy to make on a busy night.

I was sent these Member's Mark burnt ends to try as part of a free sample program. I have to say the flavor was delicious and when I'm need of a quick and flavorful weeknight dinner, this is a go-to! The reason I gave it only 3 stars is because some of the pieces were pretty fatty, which I personally don't enjoy that much. A couple other bites were sort of rubbery. Everyone in my family loved it and it was gobbled up quickly, so it may just be me being picky.

To my pleasant surprise the sauce was separate, so you don't have to use it. Overall the meat was good. It wasn't something I'd seek out all the time, but it was nice to have a meal on the table quickly.

I have 5 kids, I work part-time, and I have gone back to school full time therefore I like many other Moms need quick dinner ideas! This is one of those meals and it's our favorite quick weeknight dinners! I just add the teaspoon of water in and pop it in the oven and dinner prep a few slides and dinner is ready! So quick and easy plus it tastes delicious, and all the kids love it!

I have been looking at these for weeks and finally I couldn't resist any longer. It was time to let go of nearly 25 bucks for a true Kansas City taste experience (at least according to the packaging). What a disappointment! Some chunks were so tough it was like eating rubber. Maybe they somehow escaped the ten-hour pit smoking. Some chunks were actually tender and some chunks were nothing but fat that had to be spitted out. The sauce had a peculiar taste that I really cannot describe. It was not what I expect "barbeque" to taste like. This was a disappointment to say the least. For a couple of dollars more I could have bought two of the Member's Mark Extra Meaty Baby Back Pork Ribs. Now that is what I call a 5-star meat product. In the meantime I am going to see if I can get a refund on the uneaten "stuff".

After having burnt ends at a couple of places down south, which were so good, these were a let down. Too much fat and grizzle. I contemplated cooking them for my dogs, but threw most of it in the garbage. That was $19.99 down the drain..I mean garbage.

I received a box of these a as part of a free sample program. I prepared these following the air fryer recipe, which made quick work out of making the main dish of a meal. They are tasty compared to other brands of prepared meat products similar to this, but do not compare to a true burnt end from a a pit master. That being said though, it came with a large portion, and air frying allowed me to get a crisp crunch on the outside, while still being tender on the inside. I would eat these again!
