I received this product as part of a free sample program. The quality of the brisket is awful and inedible. The package was full of fatty/greasy pieces. It also had an odd smell that reminded me of liquid smoke and the taste was similar to the smell. I would not purchase this item in the future.

My family had this for dinner the other night, and we are all having it for lunch again today. This is a lot of food! It has a really good flavor, and it's not spicy at all. The meat was mostly tender, but there were a few chewy pieces. It it was super easy to cook and along with a salad and some flavored rice it made a really good meal. The flavor of the sauce was good. However the ends were tough as an old boot. They were tough, chewy, and some were laced with an edge with a grizzly fat. I just recooked them and some bits softened up, but the pup is waiting patiently for his share which is 90%. Very disappointed.

Really liked the taste, liked the sauce, and loved the convenience of this product without having the cook time. HOWEVER, I have been to KC for the burnt ends at more than one establishment, there is just way too much fatty ends for me. If you up the choice cuttings of beef to include more meat than fat, you have a product that I would buy over and over again! But hey, if you are someone who likes a fattier meat, then this is for you.

We received one package of these for free but decided to have a BBQ so we bought another package. Cooking was a breeze. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes covered, then uncover, stir and bake 15 more minutes. So easy to make!!! The flavor was good, you could really taste the smoke flavor and we absolutely love KC BBQ sauce. The only downfall was that the meat was kind of tough. All but a couple pieces were ate so I asked if anyone thought they were worth buying again.... Everyone said it depends on the cost. I told them I got one pack free and bought one (and told them the price). Everyone said definitely not for the price, but did agree if they were cheaper then maybe it would be worth it once in awhile.

I received this product as a part of a free sample program. I love BBQ, but do not always want to have to go out to get it, so the idea of getting some BBQ I can have at home appealed to me. When buying this, I think you need to adjust your expectations - this is not BBQ fresh of the pit, it is a packaged product. It is far from perfect, but if you have a craving for BBQ you cannot quench any other way, it can definitely do the trick.

Our family thought that this meaty dish was DELICIOUS! We served it on buns and made sandwiches. Everyone gave it rave reviews. The flavor was exceptional and the portion size was perfect for a family of 4. We will most definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I received this product for free to try. It was easy to heat up and it was tender and quite tasty. We didn't particularly care for the barbecue sauce but I'm still giving it a five because the meat was perfect. You can always add your own sauce to this.

I am pretty happy with this. It makes enough for at least four people. It comes with a bbq sauce pack that is delicious. It took longer to cook than the instructions said. it is a tad salty but only in certain pieces. It is a bit fatty too. I tried to add photos but it keeps saying error. I think it's worth be price.

I received this product free to try. These burnt ends were really great! It was recommended to microwave, so that's what I did. It took quite a bit longer to heat up than the package said, but I figured that would be the case. It was a quick, easy meal that my 7-year-old also liked. That can be very hard to find with kids. I also loved how the barbecue sauce was on the side, so we could just dip the meat. I will definitely be buying this again.
