These burnt ends are amazing. Sam's has increased the price many times that makes this product too expensive for the small serving.

I have prepared brisket on the grill and I know the burnt ends are the best but these were terrible. Taste like I was eating paper which gave me chest pain.

The package stated 2 pounds but the weight was only 1.6 pounds also it was some of the driest & toughest brisket that I have ever eaten,not even close to what burnt ends should be. A waste of $25.00

I really looked forward to trying these, but found them wayyyyy too salty. I generally like salted foods, but not these. I ended up tossing them in the trash. Total waste of money.

Every other bite is full of fat and/or gristle. All other bites have a firm sponge like texture when you bite down. Sad part for Sam's Club is that this pork is featured on the cover of their most recent brochure.

I wish I read the other reviews before purchasing this expensive product. I will have to cut it up small and stir fry it with green beans or cabbage and onions or something or we could have a stroke from all that sodium!

I am a Kansas City girl and know burnt ends. These were "ok" but too much fat and several pieces of gristle. Flavor was ok and I used my preference for sauce which is KC Masterpiece not the packet it came with. Not sure I will buy again.

The meat was tough and tasted terrible. We ended up throwing most of it out. For what this cost, you could buy a good steak instead and be much happier.

Anything prepackaged is not going to taste off the grill. It had decent flavor but too much solid fat. Probably around 40%. I know because I set it aside for the dog who loved it. So at $24/lb not sure it's a buy.

It had nice flavor, but too much fat. I get it, it's brisket which contains a lot of fat. But this was too much, some of the chunks were 100% fat. My dogs liked it. I wouldn't buy it again if it cost $5.
