I received these and absolutely simple to cook and amazing flavor. Tender and delicious

These are terrible. Bring back the Jack Stacks burnt ends!

Lots of fatty pieces. Seasoning too rich. We didn't even keep the leftovers. Definitely not worth the price!!

It is insanely expensive for how little you get and how much it tastes like liquid smoke. Definitely will not purchase again.

They were tough and chewy. Flavor was ok. Would not buy again. Very small portion for the money spent.

This was $10 a pound and had a lot of fat in it.  While it did taste good it was not worth the money

It was fine, taste wise it might be closer to the 3 star range, but the flavor was absolutely not Korean barbecue in any way.

This was just barbecue, not Korean barbecue.

Member's Mark Kansas City Style Seasoned Beef Bris

After seeing the advertisement, I couldn't wait to try the Members Mark Kansas City Burnt Ends.  Unfortunately, I was very disappointed.  They were very fatty and had an odd taste.

The Kansas City BBQ burnt ends brisket  was absolutely delicious! The brisket was tender and had a nice smoky flavor. Sauce was very flavorful as well. This makes for a really tasty dish without the hours of cooking.
