I would say these are average. A TON of salt....I know it is bbq and I even love salt...but these are wow lol.

This is not one of them. More like chuck roast. Not like any burnt end that I have had. Tender but no flavor. Better ways to spend $20 bucks.

Tasted great. Big BBQ fans so we liked this product and will keep using it. Easy to prepare too, you just throw it in the oven. Easy meal.
