[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like gummy vitamins better than other types. These vitamins don't have a bad taste. (Or aftertaste). As far as I can tell they are providing the same good benefits I would expect from a multi vitamin. I would recommend Centrum Silvur.

I've been taking Centrum Silver for Women for two years. I purchased it because it has Ocuvite for eye health among other vitamins and minerals. I really have not seen a big difference in my eye health. I really don't feel energetic either. I guess it helps somewhat because my labs are pretty normal. I used a different brand of vitamin that was excellent. It gave me energy and made me feel better without eating and eating like another brand which was discontinued. While I find the price of Centrum Silver for Women to be very good, I know there are better vitamins out there for older women.

I don't always eat the best so I take these to help fill in the gaps. Plus the fact that my doctor specifically suggested these sold me!

Specifically, I like the fact that a single tablet provides more than 100% of the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin D3. It leaves no aftertaste and the tablet itself is easy to swallow and the bottle easy to open. I am very satisfied with this product.

The pill was easy to swallow with no bad aftertaste. My doctor also recommended that I tried losing some weight. So I'm not sure why I have more energy. Could be the multivitamin or the weight loss. Either way I feel I have more energy so I'm gonna keep to the plan, multivitamin and diet.

They are a multivitamin so you only have to take one a day. I do not feel any different when taking vitamins including these but I hope they are helping. Overall I would recommend.

They have the perfect amount of vitamins that I need. They are not super big so they're easy to swallow. I really like that they do not upset my stomach like other multivitamins have done in the past.
