[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 57 and I take these daily. It's nice to have a supplement that meets all my vitamin and mineral needs. I eat pretty well and exercise with my dogs every day; good nutrition, exercise, and Centrum hopefully will keep a lot of miles on my tires.

My mother uses and swears by this multi-vitamins. However, for me personally I find swallowing this multi-vitamin to hard and afterwards I have feeling that something is stuck in my throat. I tried it multiple times and with large does of water but alas this pill isn't for me. I do notice improvement in my overall energy but again for me it's not worth it when I can use other brand multi-vitamins that give me better results and little to no discomfort. If you are okay with intaking bigger pills then give this one a try otherwise feel free to skip.

I have found this brand, Centrum to provide just that! I feel that the ingredients are what I'm looking for at this phase of life. Centrum Silver does just that-easy to get needed vitamins in this 72 year old body. The only thing that would make it easier is a smaller tablet. The oval tablets can be hard to swallow at times. But overall I am happy with these Centrum Silver multivitamins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like most 50 yr olds when I went for my annual physical, my doctor recommended taking a multivitamin. I decided to try the Centrun silver 50+. The pill was easy to swallow with no bad aftertaste. My doctor also recommended that I tried losing some weight. So I'm not sure why I have more energy. Could be the multivitamin or the weight loss. Either way I feel I have more energy so I'm gonna keep to the plan, multivitamin and diet.

I have not personally experienced any side effects (gas or queasy feeling) and it's easy to swallow feature is an added benefit.

They are a multivitamin so you only have to take one a day. I do not feel any different when taking vitamins including these but I hope they are helping. Overall I would recommend.
