Perfect for large groups!

I always buy this when I am going camping with a large group. It's a life saver cooking wise and is fine if its not reheated (although its nicer when a little warmed up). This kind is 1000% better than the Oscar Mayer pre-cooked bacon. It's much crispier and has less fat. While it is thinner than normal bacon, there is not many places you can get 72 strips of bacon for this price. The only complaint I have is that Sam's used to sell this outside of the refrigerated section. This was nice because I could keep it out of the coolers until opening it.. now I have to find room for it in the fridge after I buy it and room for it in the coolers right from the start of the trip.

Big let down

Due to the oppressive heat i told kids we are having BLTs for sups and wanted it to be great tasting. My sis buys store brand and i figured yours would be ten times better and for the price of almost ten bucks it should of been . I was wrong. Although i enjoyed the packaging it did not cook well and when i tried to turn each of the four packages the bacon slide and just mounded up . The flavor was not as outstanding as i was expecting as the store brand sis makes tastes pretty good and i dare say even better than yours. And the crispness wasnt throught the whole piece.

To Thin

Have to use two slices to get one decent slice, very costly.

tasty

This is incredibly expensive, but we buy it all the time for the convenience and because of the low fat/calories.

no

I have been purchasing this product for about 3 years now. This last package seems to contain bones in the bacon. I am very disappointed in this & cannot even eat it anymore.

Hormel Fully Cooked Bacon

This product is absolutely delicious! I am done with buying "raw" bacon. This is the best for the classic BLT! It's perfect for my family of "one!" I've already recommended to several of my friends.

Heating them made a HUGE difference

Make sure to heat them up somehow- microwave or on the stove in a frying pan both worked great. Tastes JUST like fresh bacon, but with out the greasy mess!
