TV Only Lasted 2 Years and Customer Service Stinks

I bought this TV in Sept of 2019 looking for a 4k TV that didn't break the bank. I was generally happy with it for 2 years until the LED Backlights started to fail. Obviously out of warranty, I tried to get some help from Customer Service with possible repair/fixes and was basically told to get a new TV and there was nothing they could do about it nor did they have any repair suggestions. I've been previously pretty happy with Vizio products but I will likely never by Vizio again

Great tv.

Bought this to replace my 52 LG and I was surprised by the difference. I played with the settings for colors and made a great improvement. Too bad that the one that enjoys it most is my 4year old and his cartoons. Have an 8 year old Vizio 32 inch work like new hope this one does the same.

Amazing TV

Finally replaced our 10 year old 48” tv. After much shopping around and comparing features with prices and I was driving my family and friends insane. A good friend if mine who's really into audio/video equipment, home theater, etc told me to buy this one. VERY HAPPY I LISTENED TO HIM..!!

Difficult

I bought this TV about 6 months ago. Have already had to exchange it once. TV is worse than windows with the extremely slow updates and we're are continually having to reset it to factory settings and stay all over again with app set ups. Should have purchased a Roku and not this "SMART" tv.

Many issues

A few months after getting tv as a gift tv started randomly turning on. Check setting made adjustment but still does it randomly. About 4 months ago it started shutting off and coming back on. Check settings and all timers are off. I also randomly get a large line in right side that scrolls top to bottom.

Love this TV

I bought this TV a couple months ago now it is a 65" and I absolutely love it, I've been a fan of vizio for a long time, I switched ever so briefly before I bought this TV to an lg TV and I hated it the picture never looked quite right, and it never stayed connected to the internet I was always having to factory reset the TV, after 6 months that TV got lines down the middle and the internet was basically unusable so I threw it out and got this 65" vizio smart tv and I'm never going back to another TV manufacturer.

Great mid-tier TV for the money

I researched new TVs for months before finally pulling the trigger on the VIZIO M-Series. So far, it's been a great TV with no major issues. I didn't want to spend a fortune and was a little afraid of the burn-in issues with an OLED, so I narrowed my search to the M-Series and a TCL 6 Series because both were highly-rated by rtings and CNET. I ended-up going with VIZIO because I have another (older) VIZIO that's been a great TV and didn't have any experience with TCL.

Great features!

We bought this tv as an upgrade to our several year old Vizio for our master bedroom. It has been a welcome improvement, but also came with surprises as well! New channels and apps that we never tried before, and are already built into the tv's Streaming services. We love this tv and hope it stays with us for several years to come!

Initially great but backlight failing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV about 4 years ago to replace our 10yo Vizio plasma that finally failed. Since the plasma lasted so long I was 100% sold on the Vizio brand. We decided on the M series and excitingly brought it home and set it up. Initially it worked great, however, at the 1 yr mark right after the manufacture warranty ended, we started seeing dark spots on the TV. I quickly found out it was the led backlighting going bad. Since it was out of warranty there was nothing we could do. Today we have dark spots ALL OVER the TV but can't afford to replace the TV. I will never buy a Vizio again.

Vizio Never Disappoints!

I have been buying Vizio TVs for over 12 years now. They always have a great HD and UHD picture and all 3 I bought previously are still working well. However, when we moved to another state, we gave away one and left the other 2 for the people who bought our home. So we just bought the new 65" 4K UHD M series and are loving it. The only thing better than the fact that the picture quality keeps getting better, is that the sets keep going down in price for the same size TV and the features keep improving. Keep it up Vizio, you are doing great things with Television.
