Last order I got a bag of potatoes and there were only three good ones in the bag. Eggs were cracked. This time I ordered three loaves of bread. Got one that was the right item two were not. Shoppers should pay attention to what they are doing. And I ordered with no substitutions.

I just purchased the 140 sq ft value size because I use your product ALL the time and love it! When I was in the store I thought, "the box looks a bit bigger". Of course I purchased it anyway and when I went to put it in my kitchen drawer, it didn't fit! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make the box a tad smaller so it will fit in my kitchen drawer! Thanks

Unfortunately the product is not the only thing to be rated. If I can't get the product out of the box, it does me no good to buy it. I just spent a stressful fifteen minutes taping the box up, and trying to get the paper to pull off in the full width. It starts ripping at midpoints on the roll and it is almost impossible to get the other portion re-started (It's so sticky) that I waste a lot of it. Too bad. We tried this product when we lived out west and it was test marketed. Loved it, couldn't wait for it to come out. Since it has it has been nothing but a pain. I won't buy again, and I couldn't recommend it to friends - takes too much time and is very stressful. Save the product; improve the packaging.

We have used Glad press n seal for a while now and have been very happy. That is up until now; you see the last two press n seals packages have failed to cut the sheets as designed. Please tell me that you will go back to the better cutters. Or is it the last two are only two in a million that fail. We do love the product and hope that this is only a fluke. I have used Press 'n' Seal for years. Suddenly, I am completely unable to tear the product. Upon further investigation, I noticed you changed the serrated edge to plastic rendering it completely UNUSABLE. I see no need to ever buy this product again if it doesn't dispense.

This stuff was great at first. I use two layers to cover my large Platters and it used to stuck very well. Now-a-days it does not stick to itself at all, or to the platter very well. I thought it was just a "bad box" but the problem continues with new boxes. Problem #2 is the stickyness it leaves behind! I'd like to re-use my Platters but have not been able to get rid of the stickyness. Any suggestions would be welcome! As far as the difficulty in cutting the wrap, I now use scissors

I've meant to write a review for this product for a LONG time. I have a story that has deemed me a life-long user of Press ‘n Seal. A few years ago, I made a HUGE plate of taco dip (for 75 people) for my best friend's bridal shower. I had sealed the entire thing with Press ‘n Seal, which probably used half the roll. I had placed this enormous platter on top of a cooler in the backseat of my Sunfire (in retrospect, not smart, I know). I had only a 10 minute drive to the venue, but I took a corner a bit too fast. I heard the taco dip plate sliding and the next thing I knew, it was completely sideways in between the cooler and the sidewall in the backseat. I didn't know whether to laugh, cry, or pull over to assess the damages. I decided to pull over and I couldn't believe it – the ENTIRE TRAY stayed sealed! Not even a small smear escaped the plate! The heart I had made with olives was a bit lopsided (yes, I am that dorky), but that was a small sacrifice compared to what I thought I'd find. Thank you Press ‘n Seal for saving the taco dip and for being such a fantastic product!

After decades of dealing with wraps that somewhat adhere to themselves, but also are impossible to pry apart at times, this Press'n Seal is miraculous. It sticks to itself when you want it to do so, and to the container in which you've placed foods. Applause to the scientists that invented this. Its really amazing!!

GLAD Press'n Seal is a pretty good wrap/ seal for just about any container, including itself. However, the engineers took the rest of the week off before putting some practical testing into the dispenser box. It is AWFUL! I challenge anyone to attempt pulling out a length of wrap and attempt to cut it free from the roll without destroying the dispenser and without a string of invectives that would strike fear in the hearts of a platoon of US Marines. Please, let me know when and if a redesign is in the works. I'll GLADly purchase another one. I would have awarded 5 stars if this product resided in a practical dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would be nice to have a more user-friendly packaging. I always end up with a roll of press-n-seal floating around in the drawer because someone has pulled it out of the cardboard box and couldn't get it to fit back in. This makes it next to impossible to continue to use the roll as it bunches up. I tend to only use this stuff when I can't find a lid or have used a glass baking dish.
