The supplements are delicious berry gummies, it's hard to stop at the recommended dose as they're so delicious and taste like candy! The gummies are shaped like small berries, and they are easy to chew. I did enjoy the berry flavor as well, and I have not experienced any negative side effects so far. I like that these will last a full 60 days, and while it's too soon to tell if they're helping my immune system, I am pleased that I haven't caught anything so far.

Finally we found some thing that is healthy as well as tasty. Our 10 year old son also loves these gummies. These are very good source of much needed Zinc, especially during challenging times like now. Each gummy has 11 mg of Zinc which is very nice. These gummies have only 1 g of sugars and 10 calories which is very good if you are calorie conscious. We are loving these and we do not have any complaints so far. Usually the zinc supplements I've tried before have been paired with honey and other things that give it a more medicinal taste.
