Before taking the zing gummies, I knew that zinc is helps the immune systems to be strong, heal wounds and supports normal growth. After a few weeks of taking the Nature's Way gummies, I can see results for common colds and mostly my immune systems got stronger as I tend to get cold always at the end of summer-starting fall season. Either reminiscent of some sort of odd chemical…or taste faintly of meat. Given that people are certainly looking to increase their Zinc intake, taking a look at these is a great option! They are probably the best tasting ones I've come across ever! they aren't huge, or particularly thick. But they taste very much like berries! If anything you'll find yourself contemplating if you need to add one more….”just for the health benefits” : )

These Zinc Gummy taste good and are easy to take on a daily basis. These gummies are incredibly soft, simple to chew and to swallow. I take a few different gummy supplements, and these are near the top of my list. The texture is like a firm fruit snack (not too gummy/chewy/sticky and not hard), which I appreciate. Unlike some gummy supplements, these are not coated in a messy sugar. The flavor is great - not medicinal at all. I will happily continue these are part of my daily supplements.
