The supplements are delicious berry gummies, it's hard to stop at the recommended dose as they're so delicious and taste like candy! My kids are too young for them right now, but I know when they're older they'd love them. Super soft and chewy, no chalky taste. I feel better already!!

These zinc gummies have berry taste and they don't leave any bad after taste. It tastes great. I'm always comfortable taking vitamins in gummy form as it's easier to eat. Yet it gives good amount of zinc needed for a healthy immune system. Very happy with this.

The gummies are shaped like small berries, and they are easy to chew. I did enjoy the berry flavor as well, and I have not experienced any negative side effects so far. I like that these will last a full 60 days, and while it's too soon to tell if they're helping my immune system, I am pleased that I haven't caught anything so far.

My partner and I have taken them for several weeks. While we can't say that our immune systems have improved, neither of us has been sick at the beginning of cold/flu season. The mixed berry flavor is quite tasty; the gummies are easy to chew and swallow; and they don't stick to your teeth. I refer gummies over pills or capsules. I recommend this dietary supplement. Only con I found was that if I ate these on my way out the door in the morning, on an empty stomach, I would get nauseous but be fine as soon as I ate.
