The berry flavor is a treat. I trust Nature's Way brand to not have all the "other" stuff added in. Gluten free and vegetarian for those that need that. I highly recommend this product.

However, when taking these gummies- I followed the instructions about eating food before hand; I would then get these stomachaches and feel nauseated not long after taking the gummies. At first I didn't think much of it, but then realized that Zinc causes those pains, so sadly I have to give these 3 stars for the nausea and pain.
