The supplements are delicious berry gummies, it's hard to stop at the recommended dose as they're so delicious and taste like candy! My kids are too young for them right now, but I know when they're older they'd love them. Super soft and chewy, no chalky taste. I feel better already!!

I was so happy! I've been taking them because I hate getting sick. I feel Zinc vitamins give my immune system a boost to fight off any sickness. The gummies taste great and not bitter like some others we have tried in the past. They are delicious and nice and big and you get plenty of gummies. Usually the zinc supplements I've tried before have been paired with honey and other things that give it a more medicinal taste. This was has a typical berry flavor and is basically a fruit candy gummy. I recommend avoid eating it on an empty stomach
