I've used Nature's Way products for years now. I love that I can trust their ingredients. Zinc is so important (especially to help our immunity during the times we are in). I like how each gummy is a good dosage (11 mg) so my kids can take a whole gummy- and then I can just take 2 to meet my recommended intake. Only con I found was that if I ate these on my way out the door in the morning, on an empty stomach, I would get nauseous but be fine as soon as I ate.
