They tastes great, but wish it wasn't so sugary. They are soft, easy to chew and swallow gummies. Great tasting. The gummies didn't get stuck to my teeth. This bottle has 200 count and 11mg per gummy. They are gluten free which is a great thing. Zinc vitamins has some many benefits.
