Delicious. Doesn't have any weird tastes to it. It is not thick or chalky. Definitely recommended if you are looking for an on the go, lactose free, protein shake. I will be buying more!

The BEST Shake I have ever had by far!! Tastes just like a vanilla shake! I use these for my iced coffees instead of milk or cream and they blend beautifully! As long as the price stays this good, these will be all I use!

I feel a little more energized throughout the day. I feel that the packaging is perfect because the cans can be put into like any of the covers to help keep them cold throughout the day, so it definitely is a drink that can be used for mornings like a breakfast and just to see a poem throughout the morning evening or night I will definitely be purchasing some of these on my own. But I just went and bought myself some with my own money because it not inky tastes great but there’s no aftertaste and it’s not gloopy and thick!
